Deliveries
Our Free Delivery service is available to all customers, within the Southend boroughs, or within Essex who spend over the minimum order limit. For customers within southend-on-sea this is £10.00. Orders below £10.00 within southend-on-sea will encur a £2.00 delivery charge. The minimum order limit for all places outside southend-on-sea but within Essex is £40.00, unfortunately we cannot deliver outside Southend-on-Sea but within Essex on orders below £40.00
We cover deliveries to: Southend-on-Sea, Westcliff-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea, Shoeburyness, Benfleet, Rayleigh, Rochford, Great Wakering, Barling and Thorpe bay (All SS Postal Code) within our £10.00 order limit threshold, Our £40 order limit covers any areas within the county of Essex. We offer deliveries further afield to areas beyond Essex, But these may incur Extra Delivery Charges or may require dispatch via a courier or postal service, if so Please Enquire with us before ordering.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm. Deliveries times you may have given in the comments box when ordering are not guaranteed but we will try our very hardest to ensure we can deliver around this time.
Delivery Days are Approx, Sometimes for unseen reasons we may not be able to deliver on your chosen delivery day. We will contact you in such case to ensure you are avaliable to receive the delivery on another day. Certain products may only be avaliable on a certain delivery day, especially fresh fruit. Other products may have a lead time of up to 7 days.
We will always try to ensure there is a weekday and a weekend delivery day-slot avaliable every week
If we get no answer when delivery is attempted we will leave a card, delivery will be attempted on the next avaliable day-slot. If there is a continued no answer on delivery attempts, delivery will be attempted a third time, upon which if there is still no answer and payment has not been made prior to delivery via paypal, you will be banned permanently from using our service. If payment has been made prior to delivery via paypal and there is no answer when delivery is attempted, your order will be left with a neighbour.
Returns
We are able to take back/exchange a purchased product providing we are notified during delivery, once goods have been signed for at the door we are unable to return them. Please inspect and ensure your product isn't spoiled when accepting your delivery.
Ordering
Order is a simple process and designed for as less fuss as possible. Our Instant search bar is designed to help you find known products quickly, as you begin typing, it will suggest products or categories it believes you may be looking for. Allowing you to add them and generate an order quickly.
If you have ordered before, using our order history box on the right hand side which is designed to allow you to re-order previously orderd items at the click of a button.
If any items you have orderd are out of stock, we will notify you before your delivery day if possible to allow you to order a replacement product, or with the option of waiting and having it delivered when back in stock at no extra cost.
